Rebbix was where my Product Design career began. I joined in 2016 as an early-career designer and spent four years shaping my craft, building my instincts, and learning what it means to take real ownership of a product.
My primary project was Fixly.pl — a consumer services marketplace that OLX Group had acquired and wanted to grow in the Polish market. I was the lead designer from day zero, and over four years I helped take the product from early-stage to a platform used by millions of users across Poland.
My accomplishments
- Led design across client-facing iOS and Android applications, owning the experience end-to-end.
- Developed monetization strategies tailored to a pay-per-lead business model.
- Scaled revenue from zero to over 1M PLN annually, driven by 100+ iterative A/B tests focused on monetization and user acquisition.
- Doubled experimentation velocity — from one to three tests per sprint — by streamlining the design-to-development workflow.
- Built and maintained a cross-platform design system serving iOS, Android, and web teams, establishing shared component and page libraries that scaled with the organization.
